Landed in Columbus

Hello guys, My partner and I just recently moved here to Columbus from New Jersey. I had suffered a major heart attack in November of 2007. I had to have a defibrillator inserted into me , my heart was 32% dead. At this same time i was treated for pneumonia, kidney failure,liver problems, and diabetes.This was all hard enough to come to terms with and the icing on the cake is i was also told i was HIV+. The main reason for the move was it was getting to expensive to live in NJ on a fixed income. Now i am looking for friends who can understand what i am going through and could help me get a grip on things. Also the fact that having some new friends would be wonderful too.
